Kelsey's Journey

Hi, I’m Kelsey – an Occupational Therapist with a deep passion for supporting people across the lifespan to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy), and began my career in 2019. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my expertise with a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions (2021), and I’m currently completing a Diploma in Counselling with advanced specialisations in grief, trauma, and working with children and adolescents

My journey began in assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for older adults, both in the community and inpatient settings. I then moved into adult stroke rehabilitation, before discovering my passion for mental health work while practicing in Aotearoa (New Zealand). It was here that I found great meaning in supporting adults to live well with mental illness, and this work continues to shape my practice today.

In 2022, I relocated to Australia, where I expanded my scope to include children and adolescents—primarily supporting neurodivergent individuals. This experience has deepened my commitment to neuro-affirming, person-centred care that honours each person’s unique strengths, values, and goals.

Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for people of all ages to explore what matters most to them—and to thrive in their own way.
